• Rental Policy :
- A deposit of 30% is required.
• Cancellation Policy :
- Cancellations 8 or more days prior to the arrival date will be charged half of the deposit.
- Cancellations 7 days or less of the arrival date will be charged the total deposit.
- Cancellation on the day of arrival date will be charged the full amount of the stay.
- A $2 per night for lodging tax will be added as per the new law effective July 1, 2005.
